Using the "California Consumer Privacy Act" as an excuse, MaxMind have decided to make it far more difficult to use their geolocation databases; quite how the CCPA applies to a country database is beyond me, but that's what they've done.

Put simply, you now need to register and then get a license key. WPf2b v4.3 adds support for this new inconvenience, and v4.4 will add support for a database that doesn't require registration.
